Scheduling
All private lessons are scheduled on an individual basis. Your Registration Fee of $10 per term reserves your time slot for the duration of the quarter. Priority is given to returning students and early registrants.
Instructors conduct lessons weekly, over an 11-15 week Term, at a set time for 30 or 60 minutes. Lessons are $16per ½ hour and $30 per hour. All beginners would start at 30 minutes.
There is one lesson off for siblings and seniors if enrolling for the full semester. New Terms start in September, January April and June. You may start at any point during the Term but you must book for the remainder of the term.
Lessons missed by the student are forfeited. If the instructor misses a lesson, he will offer two make-up times for the lesson. Missed lessons are not carried over into the next semester. They must be rescheduled during the semester in which they were missed.
If you turn down the 2 offered times for the make-up, the lesson has been forfeited. Lessons cancelled due to weather conditions will be offered make up times
